Windows 2000 Terminal Server and Outlook 97

I can add the internet mail service and the Microsoft Exchange server service to my profile of Outlook 97 on my Terminal server for each user. But when i open a session on the server and ik want to check for new mail, i can only check for new mail on the Microsft exchange server.
What must i do ?
I have already installed SR-1 and still have to install SR-2.
