Some issues, especially at first, you just can't afford not to do it. Some time has passed so some of the initial surprises should be resolved by now. Take a look at thread96-590649.
One issue seen was that some, including myself, received several warnings or alert boxes saying certain drivers could not be found. I rebooted the server, though, and it still worked. Here's 2 links for the document and fix that came out afterwards:
