Windows 2000 Server TSweb

Hello Everyone, Im running 2000 Server. I have everything working Just fine. The problem is that some Machines on the network can view TSweb i.e.<servername>\tsweb from a web browser. and some cant. is there a plugin that needs to be installed and running when i try to do this.
