Windows 2000 Server Log-On Problems

Is there any reason that Windows NT Workstation has difficulty logging on to a Windows 2000 Server? Some of our computers (Win NT Workstation) have this problem, and require a "restart" on the server to function again.

As you can imagine, I'm looking for a better option...
