Windows 2000 SBS to Windows 2003 SBS

Hello,

I have one server running Windows 2000 SBS with exchange 2000. Server is the domain controller and holds all the roles. server has SP4 and Exchange has SP3. What's the best way to upgrade to 2003 SBS everything is in one box.
