Hi,
I have a very annoying problem. I have a couple of users who use windows 2000 prof sp2
workstations with Office 2000 SR1. We are using client 32 ver 4.80 sp3 and zenworks 3 to
create dynamic local users.
Ok that is how we are set up now the problem...
Every now and agiain, the users report that when they logoff and logon, their Outlook profile settings are missing,
and we have to go thru the pain of re-creating their mail profile until the same thing happens again after a couple of weeks.
The confounding thing is that only the mail settings seem missing while desktop shortcuts etc are all present.
Please can anyone help? or maybe tell me where in the windows 2000 roaming and Local profile the outlook settings are stored?
Thanks
AK
