I have a ftp server and would like to log all connections that are made to different folders.Can it be done???

This can be done if you have the ftp site logging visits. Check the properties of your site and on the Home Directory tab you can set up logging. You can then find the logfiles in C:\WINNT\system32\LogFiles.
