Dos Windows 2000 Pro. come with any DNS server program and how do I locate it?

2000 pro does not have it's own dns server but you can install other Dns servers on it.
Bind and Treewalk to anme a few.

What are you trying to do? If it's minor, use a hosts file. Good luck.
