Please can someone help me as i have loaded windows 2000 onto my pc and when i go to shut it down the machine does not turn off automaticaly.

Does any one know of a way to change this or is there a fix out there for this problem.

do no know answer to this yet as i am having exactly same
problem after loading windows 2000

You might need to update the BIOS.

-------------------------------

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

If you have an old system it is possible that the mobo does not support the auto shut down feature. The system would have to be pretty old mind you !!
