windows 2000 crashing with warning

My computer has dual boot up W2k and XP pro
W2K keeps crashing after running for few minutes in the events log There are error as following
"The server was unable to register the administer tool discovery information the administration tool may not be able to see this server. the data is the error code.
First error with above message with this code SOURCE W3SVC
Secound error with above message with this code SOURCE SMTPSVC
Third error with above message with this code SOURCE MSFTPSVC


Any idea how to fix this problem???

Some history - more info please. When did this start happening on 2k (and did you make any changes to hardware/software beforehand)? Is machine on a network? If so, peer to peer or domain? Is the XP installation ok?

Also, you say it crashes afer a few minutes - is this whether you run anything or not? If you run anything (including stuff that runs at start up), what is it?
