Windows 2000 as network router

I have windows 2000 server with two ethernat cards. One card is configured on internet broadband with a static IP 10.21.240.19/255.255.255.128 and other one is internal with static IP 10.91.100.40/255.0.0.0. I want to make this server as networ router so that so that my 10.91--address shoud ping 10.21-- address. I forgot the steps in routing and remote access. can somebody help????
