I have a new server (WIndows 2003) that i want to add to a Windows 2000 active directory. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Server1 - Windows 2000 Domain Controller(Primary DC)
Server2 - Windows 2000 Domain Controller (File Replication Server)
These Servers are in there own tree but are also connected to a windows 2000 forest.

I want to replace Server1 with a Windows 2003 Server. Can this be done. Thanks
