I have a question about Windows 2000 and 2003 CAL I have two servers a Windows 2003 Server with 35 CALS and a Windows 2000 server with 10 CALS, they are running per server and I'm thinking about changing to per seat will this allow me to have 45 people access each server?

How does this work with Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 CAL?

You have to upgrade the 10 CALS to 2003...you can legally use 2003 CALS to access a 2000 box but not the other way 'round.
