Windows 2000 & Scanner Problems

Hi,

I have just installed an Epson USB scanner on a users Windows 2000 Professional SP2 machine. When a Domain Admin signs into the machine the scanner works but when the user logs into the machine an error comes up saying something like "cannot access/find the scanner". I have put the user into the Power Users group on the local machine and I still get the error. Does anyone have any ideas??

Here is what you can do...add the user in the admin group so the drivers can be copied to the regstry once that is done, then you can remove the user from the group...

you should be good to go
