Windows 10 Firewall

I need to block port 80 using Windows 10 firewall which I can do. But I also need to allow a specific website using IE on port 80. Is this possible and how?

You want to block outgoing connections or incoming connections? Blocking outgoing port 80 will render the web useless.

It would be blocking port 80 outgoing and it does render IE useless but then I need to only allow one website through on port 80.

Browsers do not use port 80 for outgoing requests, port 80 is a listening port and only in use if there is a web server running on the machine. Outgoing requests are made TO servers using a port in the "ephemeral range"
