Windows 0xc0000005 exception code, LFSO80.dll_unloaded

Hello fellow colleagues,

We got this exception code showing in Event Viewer log, having to do with the third party image management software, LaserFiche. (the main module is LF.exe, and the offending module is LFSO80.dll).
What's is strange is the VFP 9.0 executable would crash out with the c000005 code not when that application is called but rather randomly in other sections of the executable and we were able to link the crashes to the same Event Viewer log that listed LFSO80.dll as the culprit.
Help appreciated.
