Is there a way to specify the attributes of a window upon loading?

I want to be able to specfy size, location, toolbars, scrollbars, etc... upon loading. Not a pop up. I would imagine that it would be <body onload=&quot;xx()&quot;> but not sure.

It is not possible to specify/change the attributes of a window that is already opened.
