Winamp Autostart

i have a user who wants Winamp to start automatically when they insert an Audio cd.
The setting under my computer->system properties for the CDRom is set to "Auto Insert Notification." Winamp is also set under file type to "Assoicate with Audio CD's. "

But it's still not happening. Does anyone have any ideas?
