WIN98SE IE ONLY SEE HTTPS 1

Hi
I have a win98SE machine and I try to go online but can only go to https:// sites. If I try to go to http:// sites that I know are good I get page not found.

Any clues?

Hello johnncc,

Try extract a fresh copy of and replacing the existing winsock.dll and wsock32.dll from your win98 CD. Before doing that make copy of them and renamed it to .old say for safety reason.
