I have looked several times for a list of what the original files and acronyms to compare with what I now have, and I have some realy wierd ones that I cannot find anywhere==under module compatibility>archangle,aceroobe,airnfm,aldncd.. there are maybe 50 or 60 of these things taking up space on my computer and I can't find out what they are or if they were part of Win or not. I would sure appreciate any help of where to find this info. Thanks for the help that I have recieved from this forum in the past Jackha

jackha,

Those sections of your win.ini file are pretty normal! The whole file is only allowed to be 64k, so don't sweat that stuff!

I beleive, that if you search for: win.cb, and system.cb in the Windows folder, you'll find the "original" files from which the ini's were created.

:)
