Win98 gets Error DTole

An error DTole keeps happening to my computer. I have no idea what it is. It just will show up. The computer locks up and I have to hard boot. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?

P.S. It not the hardware, because I just replaced the motherboard, cpu and memory. The only additional hardware is a Kingston NIC. But, the error had been occuring before the installation of the card.
