Win98/Enternet300 DSL/EAC4.15

At home I'm running a desktop with Win98SE, Enternet300 DSL and Nortel EAC 4.15.
However, in 20 days, I've been able to successfully logon once onto the server.
NT4Help were useless.
Any ideas?
