win95.cih wont kill

Hi every one
i have win98 and winXP on my machine. I accidently ran an exe file which was infected with win95.cih virus. Now when i rebooted in Win XP my NAV 2002 gave me messages that the whole win98 partation is infected with this virus. It says that its unable to repair this virus. i cant qurantine these files. I have tried different cih removal tools but they no result. Can anyone tell me how i can get this fixed.
