Win2k Server with XP Clients Policy Problem

Hi

I am setting up a new OU with all out Win XP computers in it. I have set Block Inheitence and No Override, and I have installed the appropriate ADM files

The problem is is the policy is not picked up when a Windows XP user logs on, it seems that if you log onto a Windows 2k first then Windows XP the policy is picked up correctly thereafter.

Does anybody know why this happens and is there a solution?
