I am currently trying to install a copy of Win2K Server on a Dell server, the server is set up with a RAID5 configuration.

When I run Win2K it advises that there are no hard disks present, although in the BIOS it recognises the disks.

Anyone know where I should go from here?

You need to get the Dell driver for the RAID controller. Then when setup starts you have the option to press F6 if you need to specify a 3rd party RAID driver. Setup will then run through its normal driver load from the CD then come to a prompt asking you to insert the driver disk into drive A:.
