win2k server or advanced or datacenter?

hi, we are soon to be upgrading our nt4 network to 2k, i am doing a COMPLETE rebuild so how easy it is to upgrade is not an issue as im starting fresh. at the moment, money is no object on what os we buy for the servers, could anyone tell me the advantages of 2000 advanced server over 2000 server and 2000 datacenter server over 2000 server/advanced/

The differencies is in the following areas:
max memory , that you can add to server
Number of processors : 4,8,32
Cluster available - none,2node,4 node.
