Win2K Server and (the Bosses new ibook) Mac OS X printing

I have Macintosh print sevices installed on the 2K Server shared out to the Mac. The server has a HP Deskjet 970Cxi installed on it. The Mac can find the printer. When the Mac prints to the Win2K server printer this is what I get on the page. Tried to print many different types of docs.
