win2k restart my system when i go to print something

windows 2000 proffesional

i install the sp4, and now, when i try to print something or try to open any report from crystal report, the system go to restart my system....

too, i try to reinstall the printer (are connected to another pc), and when it try to install, restart my system...

what may the problem or error, or any idea , pleassse

p.d.: norton av find the backdoor virus, and the w32.xxx.graps, and delete it....

What error does the event viewer log before it reboots itself?

when windows try to install the driver for the printer from the win98 pc, get down, and the even viewer show for the print message in yellow with the sign !
"the document Panasonic KX-P7100, Windows NT x86 with the Version-3 has been expired on kPgdi.dll, kPgdiui.dll, kpgdiui.dat, gdihelp1.hlp, WSINSTAL.DLL,
kpgdirc.dll, kpsquz.dll, kpwsui.ini, kpwsgdi.dat, Wsinstal.dll,
KpLanMon.dll. the print queue was waiting about %5 miliseconds and no receive any data."

p.d.: when win2k try to access the driver from the pc, it say that this driver are no is the correct, and no is firm digitally from microsoft, if want to continue, i repond to yes....
