Win2k remote installation

I have been trying to install win2k remotely from my win2k server to no avail. Whenever I prepare the win2k files on the server hard drive, I always get a response that says THE SERVICE HAS NOT STARTED. It has to do with GROVElER(BINL) stuffs. The last task to open TFTPD. I think that's one of the problems.
Can anyone please help me out. I am novice.
