My system will not shut off. I go through the process, Start, Shut Down, Shut Down, OK, but it never goes off. After clicking ok the screen changes like it is in the process of shutting off but it just stays there. After a few minutes I click on the mouse and the screen goes back to a normally working screen. Not any messages of any programs waiting to shut off or anything like that. Any ideas?
