win2k pro, shutdown plsss

i install norton 2003 av, and it detect the backdoor.trojan, w32.hllw.graps virus and delete it...

and then i download the windows update for my system (win 2000 pro), and now when i try to pring anything the system shutdown automatically.
i get the same when i try to open a crystal report file, or when i try to print from any program.....

please , somebody have any idea or what may be the problem...
