Win2k Defragmentation partially incomplete 1

I regularly use Disk Defragmenter within Win2K, and am always puzzled why the file WinNtShellIconCache does not defragment like the rest of the drive. Any suggestions are gratefully appreciated!

Probably the file is too fragmented for the standard defrag. Use a better defragger or delete the file. Run defrag shortly after startup.
