Win2k DC's not replicating SYSVOL share

I have 4 DC's in my network. 2 of them have only just been promoted. Both of the 2 new DC's have had a SYSVOL share automatically added, but one of them hasn't got a NETLOGON share. Also, the same one doesn't have a "scripts" or "policies" folder within the domain name folder inside the SYSVOL share.

Can anyone shed any light on why this might be??
