Client set to TCP/IP WAN access. HPLJ4 drivers on server and clients. Could be fine for weeks or hours, i get a call "I cant print!" look in the printers folder and theres jobs sitting there. Stop Spooler service, delete jobs, restert spooler. Temporary fix, been going on a while. Service release 3 claims to address issues like printing to wrong default printer and stuck print jobs...well it didnt. any ideas?

Win2K/Citrix MetaframeXP SP3 -jobs stuck in print queue

Are the jobs stuck on the Print Server or the Terminal Server (or are they the same)? In either case, perhaps moving the spool directory to somewhere with less I/O and a small *.cmd routine to nightly stop/clean/restart the spooler service and directory.
