I have a new server,Win2003, that I run TS on it. Also I has a Win 2K on a diff location. However on the Win2K I use POLEDIT to control users right and permissions and works the way I like it. How do I do it in Win2003 since POLEDIT is no longer supported. I tried to run POLEDIT but is says that is not available. Any ideas? Please help

It is very nice to be important but it is very important to be nice.

Try using GPEDIT.MSC. GPEDIT has taken over the entire POLEDIT, and SECEDIT portions of 2000. It is a very sweet tool.

tfg13 it worked . However I had to revert back since it took permissions away from the Admin as well. Is there a way for the Admin to remain intact and the users that way I wanted? I accessed this GPEDIT.MSC from command line. It's there another way to obtain this tool? Works great.
Thanks for your help
