I'm on a network with a NT4.0 server. We have Windows 95, 98, ME, and 2000 workstations. I am having trouble creating a share on a Win95 SE Fat OS workstation that can be seen by the Win2000 workstation. This share can be seen by all other workstations. The 95 Network setup:
Primary Network Logon: Client for Microsoft Networks
File & Print Sharing added
Logon to Windows NT Domain
TCP/IP and NetBEIU added (I did remove NetBeiu and got a temporary connection with the share)
User Level Access Control
Obtain IP Automatically/Use DHCP for WINS resolution
I have the exact settings on the Win98 Network setups and have no trouble accessing shares on those machines. What am I missing?

I was having a similar problem not too long ago. See if this sheds any light on the subject matter
