Win XP Pro cannot see shares. Requests usercode default of guest and p

A workstation has a share that all win98 and win 2000 pcs can access, but NO Win XP pro pc's can access it. It requests a usercode of GUEST as a default and a password that we do not know what it wants. What is our problem?
