my good friends i need some help, my sons dell will not connect to anything, i have a 4port hub, westell adsl modem all other pcs will connect but the dell. he has wim xp and i know nothing about xp cant find system tools.his pc is full of what i call teenager crap, all instant messangers' aim, yahoo' kazaa, weatherbug, well you get the point nothing will connect.
