win 3.11 clients

hi,

I have a licensing problem.
I have 3 Metraframe XP SP3 servers with 50 win 3.11 clients.
But the citrix server don´t recognize all clients.
When 30 clients are connected and well working, the server licensing says that only 12 conncurrent clients are connected.
The MS-licensing server doesn´t checks the win3.11 clients too.

any help?
