win 2000 DC and Acitve Dir. and Network Neighborhood

HI

From some strange reasons I am not able to locate new created computer accounts in domain ex. tomekdomain.

I am able only to see the server that's it, why I can not see the the clients account??? like the server.

Secondly. Why clients can see, braws,read, write to my Active DIrectory folder? Why it appearse there? what? for allowing everybody access, that is creazy deafault settiing in 2000 server anyway.
