If I connect two seperate networks Nt4 Pdc's together on the same switch. will I get any errors / clashes.

You would most likely have to just setup each on it's own VLAN on the switch to avoid problems.

It does not matter what network you set it up on as long as the PDC's are 2 seperate domains.

so as long as the domain names are different and the ip's and subnets are also I should be ok.

The machines can exist on the same subnet as long as the PDC's are different domains.

well thanks guys it worked. But they where both setup as dhcp, so when i hooked them up i had to turn it off on one server, and give the clients a static ip. It gave ip to a machine in production. but all seems ok.
