Snapper - I looked on the Nice Website and it looks like they will assign you a salesperson that can send you information if you click on the Products and Contact Us tab and fill in your info. I looked through all of my files and suprisingly found NO documentation. I have the Nice Logger the one step up from the Focus.
I've never used any documentation when administering the Nice Logger. It's super easy to use. (Avaya set it up for me the first time). They delivered a server and I supplied a WINNT Server (A supervision station for listening to calls) and there were some 110 blocks installed with cables running from the blocks to the Nice Server. All of my stations are hard-wired to the Logger via the 110 blocks. When I want to add/remove users I just punch them in and go into the administration software and give them a name. They provide docs on how to lookup/retrieve calls but it's too easy and you probably won't need them.
Aside from that just swap out the tapes when they are full.

Hmmm... I wish I could help. I have an extra User Manual for the Nice Logger but it's in hard copy (never been used of course!!) If you're interested, let me know how I can get it to you.
Well... Snapper... I had a look and concluded I have 2 whole CD-roms on Call Focus docs... Guess I'll need some specifics on which docs you need or just a very big host to upload them to.
