Will I encounter a problem?

Upgrading my Primary Domain Controller from NT 4.0 to Win2k during working hours. I have a BDC still active but I need to get this upgrade done today for an installation of a program tomorrow or Wed morning. If people are logged into the Domain, will there be issues?

I would never recommend performing and upgrade like this during business hours. It is the part of the job I hate but this sounds like one of those days you stay late and do this after hours.
