Will games\apps run?

I have plenty of games installed on my NTFS partitions at home. Among those are Diablo II and LOD, Battlefield 1942 and BF Vietnam, Star Wars KOTOR, Quake III, Unreal Tournament 2003, Imperium Galactica 2, Commandos 2 and 3, Dungeon Siege, Neverwinter Nights, and many more.
As you can see, there is a large panel of games covering a rather long time period, and I have no issues with the format of the partition. I even have some pure DOS games (galactix, Chuck Yeager Combat Flight Sim, TIE Fighter) that run fine too.
If there are NTFS issues with games, they are clearly due to the game, not the disk format.
