Hi!
Do anyone know how to search for a backuped file that you know that you have backed up but not really when, specially when you only know a part of the filename?

You can use nsrinfo -vV -N D:\filname.txt client
This is very useful but it cant really handle spaces or wildcard seacrhes, the filename must always be correct.

I need a easierer way than only browsing my index with the gui.

Kind regards
Fredrik

You just need to modify the command a little bit...

On Unix, use
nsrinfo client | grep string

On Windows, use
nsrinfo client | findstr string

- For the string just a partial filename
- Be a ware that both, grep and findstr, are case sensitive.
