Has anyone else experienced this?

Huntgroup with voicemail turned off but still recieves messages. So far i have deleted the groups voicemail account in the directory and removed all source numbers associated with the group from the huntgroup members. I think this may have cleared the fault and have asked the customer to monitor.

If anyone has had anything similar i would like to hear how you cleared it.

Cheers

It's usually the Receptionist transferring calls directly to voicemail using Soft Console etc :-)

Once connected to your own vmbox you can also create a message that can be distributed directly to other vmboxes. But if they are customer call messages then it is likely what the riddler said.

It's people like you who generalize.

Or a call is presented to the group and one of the members has a forwarding programmed to a invalid destination including huntgroup calls, then the call falss back to VM and goes to the mailbox of the first destination which is the group mailbox.
Using monitor with the option "shortcodes" and "PC Vmail" can enlighten your vision on the problem.
