Wierd printing

All, I have a client that gets some strange results when printing an email from Outlook. When he prints an email, that has been responded too (indexed multiple times), it prints out, and chops off the left hand side of the email. This is printing to a 4100Tn, I have uninstalled the printer, re-installed with various versions of the drivers. Set his editing mode to use Word, and not to use word. This does not happen all the time, only part-time... any suggestions on where to go next?

Check the page setup for Internet Explorer. For some reason these two are linked. I have had people unable to print properly from Outlook and when IE page size is ammended they are able to print fine.
