Hi,

I have this wierd error while the Call Certer View is running, on one of my supervisor computer, it runs on XP Pro. But my Call Center Director who have the exact same set-up doesn't get this error. The last time my supervisor had this problem, I had to reinstall the OS to solve this problem. It'just came back after a few month.

I get an error: Location:Common:BAS/set_TAD_from_msg Error:0.
When I hit OK; I get: Error 20:Resume without error

Thanks

Are you using Centralised Profiles ??

No, each supervisor have is own profile. But they log on thier computer with a Primary Domain Controller. I've been able to get rid of those message. The supervisor who had those message now log on localy and the proble stop.

But the other supervisor still use a PDC to log on and doesn't have this problem, and the setup was exactly the same.

By the way, MrIPO can I have a copy of the custom raport you have. The raports provided by Avaya are a nightmare. I've seen that in another topic "ccc agent group tabular report". I'll be very interested by those.

Thank,

Kane

Hi Kane,
I have exactly the same issue at present, did you ever resolve it fully?
Thanks

Hi Norstar,

I fully solve the problem. You need to give enough right to the user on the machine (the client), so to solve it I put the user in Power User

I also am having this trouble, and yes indeed I believe that Power User membership does fix it.
However, does anyone have any idea which files/reg keys specifically need to have their permissions altered? In our new network, we will not be allowed to have users in the Power Users group.

Thanks.

Just answered my own question:

The Client PC's need to be able to synchronise their time with the Delta Server.
1. From the Start button selecPrograms | Administrative Tools | Local Security Policy.
2. Under the Local Policies select User Rights Assignment.
3. Right mouse click on Change the system time and select Security
4. Click Add and select Authenticated Users.
5. Click Add and then OK.
6. The Local Security Settings screen will now have authenticated users added to the listing.

If in a domain this can be applied at the domain level as a Group Policy
