Wide Screed export!!

How do i export so that the black bands appear on my camcorder when i export. the footage in premier is on widescreen setting so it is how i want it, when i export it doest put the bars there and the imge gets squashed please help, my assignment is due in 4 days!!!

This may not work, but right click on your clip. Under Video options, make sure maintain aspect ratio is checked.

Thanks. An editor told me yesterday but it still didnt work in widescreen premier setting (where you choose at the start) so i had to import teh whole project into the 4:3 setting in premier and them it worked. thanks for your help.
