Wide open permissions.... ouch!

I am doing some programming work for a company running win2k IIS with fromtpage exstensions installed.

When I go to open the web in Frontpage, it doesnt ask me for any credentials. It just lets me in an allows me to modify or delete anything.

I went through the permissions and cant find where the issue could be...

Any tips?
